In a recent LA times interview, Fantasia opened up about her recent dark days and the ensuing healing process. Fantasia, I am new to watching your show and I feel so bad for you. I know you can never TAKE another man or woman from ANYONE. People need to take responsibility for their own flaws. WE all have them and I am sure she has flaws of her own to deal with. DO NOT take on others issues into your own world. Watch yourself and your child. Be Strong, Be Happy you have your whole beautiful life ahead of you! DON"T LET THEM SEE YOU CRY! They take joy in that. Pick that beautiful head of yours up and strut your stuff like you know best. The man above has your back and you know that....

Fantasia I dont know you will ever read this but if you do I wanted you to know to NEVER give up on life. You have toooo much to be thankful for including yr daughter,yr career , but most important YRSELF. You are truly blessed girl! put yr trust in the man up above he will NEVER let you down. Tasia you have a great gift. There will be good times and bad times but you have the support of your family and fans and sometime looking inside and finding the fighter inside will always help you win. I know some of the feelings you experience as a fellow Cancer I can relate. My birthday is four days before yours. I know how Cancers think and what we think is important in life. We are fighters and very caring towards others who sometimes dont deserve it,because we see the good in everyone. Tasia dont lose the fight and dont worry about what people say. The Bible says in Romans 11:29 that the gifts and calling of God is without repentance. With this in mind, please understand that God has called you to glorify Him with the gifts He has blessed you with. God has not changed His mind about you. God has called you to fulfill His purpose upon this earth.
You will enjoy the fullness of God once you decide to turn back to Him with your whole heart, get into the Word of God, and walk in obedience. Because God’s hand is on you, you cannot dibble and dabble in the secular world. The success and peace that God wants you to enjoy will not come to you in the secular world. It may work for some, but not for you.
Now is the time for you to surrender your will, desires, hopes, dreams, and personal aspirations to God. It is important for you to get into position so that you can hear clearly from God. The genre of music that you are singing has got to change. You must now get into the arena of Praise and Worship. The genre of music that you sing and your overall presentation must reflect and mirror the glory of God.
God loves you, and so do I.
Be encouraged, always remember life is a journey, with triumphs and what seems to be defeats. Never forget that the Lord uses our triumphs and defeats to mold us into someone beautiful and strong. Fantasia, please believe that God will never put more on you than you can bear. Even though it is so hard sometimes just stand, and God will do the rest.

This album speaks to me on so many different levels. It makes me laugh,and it makes me cry. Ive never been so moved by anyone in my whole life. I hope that fantasia can get from her music and her testimonials, what she wants for others to recieve. Im really never financially able to buy cds, but this album i have to have, to just remind myself everyday that im worthy and able to overcome. In all that you do, may you always be able to see that dark time coming and get help before it gets bad. Depression is one of those things that people dont understand. They dont get it that even if you have everything that most people think should make you happy, you cant see through the muck and the negetive thoughts that go through your mind. You are always in my prayers cuz you have alot to give,even if you forget. You mean alot to people, for just being tasia...
Fantasia, Fantasia, the album is on point, it's timeless, it's a classic......it's simply you. I thank god for keeping you here because your purpose on earth is bigger than what "people" (the devil) are trying to do to you. I've always been a fan but this time you really, really touched my heart and spirit. I thank GOD for people like you. You make a difference in this world wether you know it or not. Ok so babygirl i really do hope you read this, What you are going through m,any women have gone through the same thing. You first have to get your relationship with GOD together first. Than learn to love who you are as a person. Seek some help its ok, get what you need. You have two childeren relieing on you. Your only set back is yourself. You are a strong beautiful blacl woman of GOD stand in that and know that you are loved by the most high GOD. Trust in him and he will direct your path, so get back on track its alright. much love desiree.

Tasia rember what does not kill will make you stronger. Your purpose is to never give up. God don't change you cirmumstance, God will change you while you in your cirmcumsance and then you can change you cirmcumstance. Babygirl you will never be excepted by everybody all the time. Baby...I just watched your VH1 special...you had tried to commit suicide...sweety, God is with you ALWAYS...don't give up like that. God will see you through ANYTHING!!!! I went back and watched your winning night on American Idol and I cried...again...You mean so much to people you don't even know. The almighty Lord has helped me through drug addiction and alocoholism and has opened doors I never thought existed. Hang in there girl...we love you!!! You have an amazing GOD given gift...don't take that away from yourself or us as fans...and most importantly, don't take yourself from your beautiful daughter. She loves you, depends on you, and God has given her to you as a BLESSING!!! Cherish her, and make HER and YOUR LORD the center of your life.
