Fantasia, I saw you in December 2010 in New Orleans. I missed you in my home of Jackson, MS but baby I caught the Jazz Fest in New Orleans when you tried to free us from those awful fences. Your energy and spirit is phenomenal. Girl you know I am coming to Essence. Keep your head up. I spent my evening with a legend. Fantasia's performance was phenomenal. She is such a spiritual and passionate singer. As corny as this sounds, it was as if she was singing to me and that we were parting together in the living room. I appreciate the class and culture that she brings with her show. Little does she realize how much exposure she brings with her to those who might not be fortunate enough to attend plays like The Color Purple. I am excited that such a young woman has this kind of passion for her music and her fans.
